The Rockford Limo Company Convenience & Reliability Policy

1. Scope and Application

This Convenience Policy applies to all services offered by Rockford Limo Company LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Rockford Limo") to its clients. The policy aims to ensure maximum convenience and satisfaction for our clients in relation to the booking, modification, and enjoyment of our limousine services.

2. Booking and Reservation

Reservations for our limousines can be made via our website and/or phone call. Our scheduling team will need to speak with you over the phone for final payment and confirmation.Advance booking is strongly recommended to ensure availability.Special requests (e.g., child seats, specific vehicle models) should be made at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

3. Cancellation and Modification

We will allow you to reschedule your appointment if you contact our dispatch team within 24hrs prior to, your confirmed or scheduled appointment. Reschedules will be placed as an "in store credit," and can be scheduled any date in the future without an expiration date.Modifications to the booking (time, date, route) are subject to availability. Rockford Limo Company will charge a $50 convenience fee if you request a change in our agreed transportation time, or if your flight is delayed more than 1 hour and you would still like to utilize our services.

4. Pickup, Waiting Policy, and Flight Delays

Our chauffeurs will arrive at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time, unless weather or traffic conditions detour our time. A complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes is provided for standard pickups and 30 minutes for airport pickups. Additional waiting time(s) may be subject to extra charges of $115 per hour

5. Rockford Limo Company Flight Delay and Schedule Modification Policy

This policy outlines the responsibilities of clients and the procedures followed by Rockford Limo Company LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Rockford Limo") in the event of a client's flight delay. It also details the associated convenience fees for rescheduling transportation services due to such delays.

6. Client Responsibility in Case of Flight Delays

It is the responsibility of the client to inform Rockford Limo Company of any flight delays as soon as they become aware of them. Clients should contact Rockford Limo Company at (630) 440-6691 to notify of any such delays. Failure to notify Rockford Limo Company of a flight delay may result in the inability to reschedule the service and potential forfeiture of the booking and cancellation fee up to the full amount of the scheduled booking.

7. Rescheduling Due to Flight Delays

Upon notification of a flight delay, Rockford Limo Company will make every possible attempt to reschedule the pickup to accommodate the new arrival time, as our schedule allows. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of vehicles and chauffeurs at the new requested time.

8. Convenience Fee for Schedule Modifications

For each instance where a flight is delayed, or a schedule modification is requested by the client, there will incur a $50 convenience fee. This fee is applicable for every separate notification of delay or request for schedule change. The convenience fee covers the administrative and operational costs associated with rescheduling the service.

9. Payment of Convenience Fees

The convenience fee must be paid by the client if they wish to utilize the transportation services following a schedule modification due to a flight delay. This fee will be added to the final billing amount or may be required to be paid in advance before the rescheduled service is confirmed.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rockford Limo Company is not responsible for any missed appointments or engagements due to flight delays or the time required to reschedule transportation services. Clients are encouraged to plan accordingly and allow sufficient time for potential delays. Clients must notify Rockford Limo Company immediately, of any flight delay at 630.440.6691

11. Onboard Amenities and Requests

Our limousines are equipped with standard amenities for comfort and convenience (e.g., bottled water, snacks, Wi-Fi, ect). Specific requests for additional amenities must be made in advance and may incur additional charges.

12. Safety and Compliance

All passengers must comply with local laws and regulations, including seat belt usage, alcohol consumption, and "zero tolerance policy" on smoking, vaping, drug consumption. Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who pose a safety risk or do not comply with these regulations.
